The region plans to build a plant for the processing of solid household waste and the creation of a production of building materials in the territory of the special economic zone "Avangard".
The investment initiative for the implementation of the production of the final product from solid household waste in the region belongs to the Khimsnab enterprise. The company specializes in the collection of non-hazardous solid household waste. The investor has previously announced investments in the construction of the plant in the amount of over 100 million rubles.
As a result of the processing of solid household waste, it is planned to launch the production of films, high-pressure polyethylene bags, low-pressure plastic products, stretch films, and polymer-sanded tiles. In addition, the plant intends to organize the recycling of bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate. The company will have to develop a business plan, which will determine the parameters of the project, as well as determine the location of the plant.
In turn, the enterprise "Combine of Porous Materials" plans to launch the production of building materials in the territory of the SEZ "Avangard". Investments in the project exceed 400 million rubles, the implementation is calculated until 2026 inclusive. The new company will produce gas blocks, wall materials, paving slabs and concrete products. It is planned to create about 75 jobs in production.
The Ministry of Economic Development of the Omsk Region has received an application from an investor to conclude an agreement on the implementation of industrial and production activities in the Avangard special economic zone. The signing of the document with the further receipt by the "Combine of Porous Materials" of the status of a resident of the SEZ "Avangard" is planned this year.
The Investment Committee, led by Governor Vitaly Khotsenko, supported both initiatives.
