The project for the construction of a complex for the production of flame-retardant and anti-corrosion paints was supported. The new production facility will appear on the territory of the Avangard special economic zone.
The new production facility will produce high-tech materials necessary to ensure fire safety and corrosion protection of facilities in construction, the oil and gas industry, energy and transport. This will meet the growing demand of domestic industrial companies and reduce dependence on imported supplies. The initiator is Omsk Mayak company. The total investment volume will exceed 500 million rubles. The project is scheduled to be implemented from the first quarter of 2026 to the third quarter of 2029. After reaching full capacity, the company will produce up to 3,000 tons of products annually, create new jobs and increase tax revenues.
The meetings of the investment committee, led by Governor Vitaly Khotsenko, consider promising projects aimed at improving the investment environment, developing existing enterprises and creating new jobs.
