In the Omsk region, Mother's Day will be held under the motto "Caring for the family is common care!"

On November 21, the regional Congress Hall will host a Forum of mothers on the theme "Region 55, comfortable for the family."

Mother's Day in Russia is celebrated on the last Sunday of November. On the eve of this special holiday, more than 400 residents of the Omsk region will take part in the annual Mothers' Forum. This time, the organizers decided to depart from the traditional form of holding such events and hold a real celebration. On November 21, an exhibition and fair of the works of the participants of the "We create jobs ourselves" project will be held in the congress hall of the regional expocenter. 20 stands and workshops will be organized. The Slingo Lady ensemble will perform in front of the audience. The program of the forum includes an award ceremony for the winners of the Children in Action contest.

During the plenary part of the forum, active mothers with children will share their experience of economic independence, and employers will tell you how they support families in enterprises in practice, what additional payments they make for family education and the birth of children. The discussion of the stated topic "Region 55, comfortable for the family" will be attended by leading mothers who are actively involved in social, labor, and entrepreneurial activities, mothers with many children, representatives of the social bloc of executive authorities and local governments, trade unions, and socially oriented non–profit organizations.

In the final part of the regional forum, it is planned to award active participants of the event.

The purpose of the forum is to consolidate the efforts of authorities at all levels, socially responsible businesses, and an active public in protecting family values, as well as to present and replicate social initiatives aimed at supporting family, motherhood, and childhood.
