A federal project is being launched in the Omsk region «Mom is an entrepreneur»
22 A federal educational project to support women's entrepreneurship will be launched in the Omsk Region for the first time on October «Mom is an entrepreneur».
The project, designed specifically for women on maternity leave, mothers of minor children, and women registered with the employment service, is being implemented by the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses. «SUPPORT OF RUSSIA». The Amway Charitable Foundation is a co-organizer and grant-giver. «Responsible for the future». At the federal level, the project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
In Omsk, the project was organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region with the participation of the Omsk City Administration and business support infrastructure organizations.
According to the organizers, the project is more relevant than ever in Russia. According to research 35% the women of the country would like to start their own business, and 94 % women want to combine self-realization with caring for their family, 55 % They are afraid to start their own business just because their loved ones won't support them., 18 % they are afraid of failure and 80 % women feel they lack knowledge.
Within the framework of the project «Mom is an entrepreneur» Free training has been organized in the form of a five-day intensive training, during which qualified specialists will help participants understand the basics of entrepreneurship and effective business management. At the end of the free course, you are invited to participate in a business plan competition, become the winner of the project and receive a grant for the implementation of your business idea in the amount of 100 000 rubles'.
Trainings within the framework of the program will be held with 22 by 26 October's 2018 year at the sites of the City Entrepreneurship Support Center and the Omsk regional Business Incubator.
