Information on receiving reports on education, disposal, neutralization, and waste disposal

To the attention of small and medium-sized businesses!

According to paragraph 8 articles 18 Federal Law "About production and consumption waste" subjects of small and medium-sized businesses, in the process of economic and (or) other activities of which waste is generated at facilities subject to regional state environmental supervision in the Omsk region, must submit to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Omsk region reports on the formation, disposal, neutralization, and disposal of waste (with the exception of statistical reporting) (more – Reporting) on a notification basis. The procedure for submitting and monitoring Reports was approved by the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Omsk Region dated 11 december 2015 year No. 72.

Reporting for 2017 the year must be submitted before 1 February 2018 years.

Time for receiving documents at the Ministry:
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 – 17:45 (break from 13:00 before 14:00);
Friday: 8:30 – 16:30 (break from 13:00 before 14:00).

Administrative liability is provided for failure to submit or late submission of Reports in accordance with the article 8.5 The Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
