Information on receiving reports on education, disposal, neutralization, and waste disposal
To the attention of small and medium-sized businesses!
In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Production and Consumption Waste", small and medium-sized businesses whose economic and (or) other activities generate waste at facilities subject to regional state environmental supervision in the Omsk Region must submit reports on education, disposal, and neutralization to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Omsk Region., on waste disposal (with the exception of statistical reporting) (hereinafter referred to as Reporting) in a notification manner. The procedure for submitting and monitoring Reports was approved by Order No. 72 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Omsk Region dated December 11, 2015.
The 2017 financial statements must be submitted by February 1, 2018.

Time for receiving documents at the Ministry:
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. (break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.);
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.).
Failure to submit or late submission of Reports is subject to administrative liability in accordance with article 8.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
