inRussia 2026 will bring together industrial infrastructure market participants and investors in Omsk

On October 8-10, Omsk will host the inRussia 2026 International Forum dedicated to the development of industrial infrastructure, attracting investments and expanding industrial cooperation. The event is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Government of the Omsk Region, the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia together with the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies.

In 2026, Omsk will host inRussia for the first time, an annual business platform that brings together representatives of federal and regional authorities, state corporations, industrial businesses, development institutions, management companies and residents of infrastructure sites, financial organizations, as well as foreign partners.

The business program focuses on practical issues of industrial infrastructure development. The participants will discuss mechanisms for attracting residents to industrial sites, designing and building infrastructure, identifying promising investment niches for industrial clusters, existing government support tools and opportunities for industrial cooperation.

A separate section of the program will be devoted to the implementation of the principles of sustainable development on infrastructure sites and their use as a tool to increase investment attractiveness.

Industrial parks, technoparks, industrial clusters and other specialized sites with ready-made infrastructure make it possible to shorten the launch time of new production facilities, build cooperative chains and use government support tools more effectively. The inRussia-2026 Forum should become a platform where representatives of regions and businesses will be able to discuss specific mechanisms for implementing industrial projects, learn from successful experience and find practical solutions to suit their needs," comments Ivan Kulikov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The inRussia 2026 program will include panel and expert sessions, educational events, and a presentation of the industrial infrastructure and investment potential of Russian regions. The participants will also get acquainted with the existing production sites of the Omsk region.

The investment and educational block of the forum will be represented, among other things, by programs of the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies. The Investcampus track is provided for specialists of regional investment teams. The school of attraction".
