On October 8, the inRussia 2026 International Forum will start in Omsk, dedicated to the development of industrial infrastructure, industrial cooperation and investment attraction. The forum will be held on October 8-10 and will bring together representatives of federal and regional authorities, industrial business, management companies of industrial parks, technoparks and SEZs, development institutions, financial organizations and foreign partners.
The first day will be devoted to practical formats. Participants will visit existing enterprises and industrial infrastructure facilities in the Omsk region. A separate track will be held on October 8 by the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies: the Investcampus will be held in the Regional Congress Hall. The school of attraction", aimed at specialists from regional investment teams.
The main business program will be held on October 9 in the Regional Congress Hall. It will be opened by the plenary session "Industrial infrastructure and clusters — platforms for the implementation of national technological leadership projects." The discussion focused on the role of infrastructure sites and clusters in the localization of production, the development of cooperative chains, attracting investments, technology transfer and the implementation of technological leadership projects.
Several thematic platforms will be operating simultaneously during the day. Participants will discuss the design and construction of industrial infrastructure from Light Industrial to Big Box, the transition of technoparks and clusters to an ecosystem model, industry regulation and government support measures, sustainable development, territorial branding and attracting residents, digital and AI transformation, as well as industrial staffing.
A separate block will be a joint open meeting of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Industrial Development and Competitiveness of the Russian Economy and the Coordinating Council of the MASS for Industry and Scientific and Technical Development. It is planned to formulate proposals on key institutional issues of industrial infrastructure development, including requirements for industrial parks, the effectiveness of regional support mechanisms and the development of industrial cooperation.
The main business program will end on October 9 with the presentation of the XII National Rating of Technoparks in Russia. The rating will become the final industry block of the forum and will present the leaders among Russian technoparks, as well as the winners of special nominations.
