The Omsk Region Investment Committee, led by Vitaly Khotsenko, reviewed plans for the further development of the Solnechny logistics Park

The total amount of investments in the implementation of a large-scale investment project to create a logistics park is estimated at more than 20 billion rubles.

The Governor of the Omsk region held a regular meeting of the Investment Committee. The meeting participants checked the hours for projects that are already under implementation and those that are planned for the near future.

One of the topics of the meeting was the further development of the Solnechny Logopark. The total investment in the implementation of a large-scale investment project to create a logistics park is estimated at more than 20 billion rubles. Large companies, retail chains and marketplaces will be located on the territory of the logopark. The project is planned to be fully implemented by the end of 2026. The scale of the production capacity of the Solnechny Logopark will eventually be larger than originally planned.

The project is implemented in two stages. To date, two facilities have been built as part of the logopark. The distribution center for the needs of the Pyaterochka retail chain was commissioned first: it was officially launched in November 2023. The second one, a multifunctional distribution center for three tenants, is currently being equipped. The total area of all the facilities of the first stage will be 250 thousand square meters, their construction will be completed in 2026.

Currently, Logopark Solnechny is planning to implement another project – the construction of a distribution center with an area of 160 thousand square meters. The investor spoke about the plans and the necessary support. Thanks to the implementation of a large-scale investment project, more than 7,000 jobs will be created in the region.

At the meeting of the Investment Committee, issues arising within the framework of the implementation of this and other projects were discussed in order to find the optimal solution with the participation of all interested parties.
