The Investment Committee, led by Governor Vitaly Khotsenko, reviewed two new initiatives announced by the business

The projects involve the construction of an urban health center and a distribution warehouse center in Omsk.

The head of the Omsk Region, Vitaly Khotsenko, held a regular meeting of the Investment Committee today, which reviewed the progress of large-scale projects.

In addition, the decisions that need to be taken for the successful launch of two new investment initiatives were discussed. The facilities are planned to be built on the territory of Omsk. The project to create an urban health and recreation center involves the construction of a thermal complex with an area of 7,000 square meters, which includes baths and a SPA, 5 pools, a food court area, as well as the creation of an outdoor area of 8.5 thousand square meters. It will house baths and saunas according to the traditions of different peoples of the world with different temperature and humidity conditions, a recreation area and parking. Additionally, it is planned to conduct water aerobics classes, breathing exercises and mud treatment, and master classes in vaping. The complex will be able to receive up to two thousand visitors at a time. The initiator of the project is ready to invest 1.4 billion rubles in the construction.

The Investment Committee noted that the new infrastructure facility will increase the tourist attractiveness of the city. The Health and Recreation Center will become a landmark place for residents of Omsk and guests of the region.

The new distribution warehouse center is capable of servicing up to 7,000 retail facilities of various formats. The project provides for the construction of a warehouse center with an area of more than 25 thousand square meters, as well as a complex of auxiliary buildings and structures. The planned turnover of 70 – 90 trucks with a load capacity of 20 tons per day.

The construction will contribute to the creation of new trading enterprises in Omsk and the region, the organization of new jobs, and an increase in tax deductions.

The initiator of the project is ready to invest about 3.5 billion rubles.
