The Investment Committee, led by Vitaly Khotsenko, supported the project to create a production of lifting equipment
The investor plans to invest over 300 million rubles in the construction of a plant for the production of overhead and cantilever cranes.
The conditions for the implementation of the new investment initiative, as well as the progress of previously announced projects, were discussed today at a meeting of the Investment Committee under the Governor.
RusKran is planning to build a lifting equipment plant in the Omsk Region. The project is expected to be implemented by mid-2027. It will provide a social impact in the form of the creation of at least 85 new jobs with decent wages.
RusKran LLC expects to conduct industrial and production activities as a resident of the Avangard special economic zone. The passport and the financial model of the project according to the results of the assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of the region correspond to the declared status. The project received high scores. To add a resident to a special register, it is planned to sign a corresponding trilateral agreement with the investor.
The Investment Committee, led by Governor Vitaly Khotsenko, supported this decision.
The investment council also reviewed the progress of the project to create a multifunctional complex with a hotel and a thermal complex. The investor has selected a site for the construction of a complex on the Omsk left bank.
Another project in the Kirovsky district for the construction of a sauna complex is at the stage of coordinating land issues, in particular, the draft territory layout.
