The Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region (hereinafter RCC) participated in the final seminar for managers and employees of regional competence centers in Moscow. Representatives of the RCC from 54 constituent entities of the Russian Federation got acquainted with the results of the work this year and outlined plans and tasks for 2024.
During the business program, participants got acquainted with current practices, exchanged experiences, formed proposals for improving existing processes and techniques, discussed a plan analysis of the implementation of the resource plan in 2023, and identified problem areas and growth points.
Over the 6 years of the implementation of the national Labor Productivity project, 60 regional competence centers have been created, and a team of experts has been trained to help enterprises across the country increase efficiency and make a profit. In total, 5395 enterprises are involved in the project, of which 3078 are supported by the RCC. More than 90% of enterprises participating in the national project are satisfied with the work of the regional centers.
"In the Omsk region, the RCC was established in 2020 on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency. Currently, 63 companies in the Omsk region have just started or are already actively implementing lean technologies: 29 enterprises are cooperating with the RCC, 27 with the Federal Competence Center (FCC), and 7 more are implementing the production system independently. During the entire implementation of the project, we have trained 1,460 people. So, 1018 people were trained at the "Process Factory", and 99 employees of Omsk enterprises were trained at the "Office Process Factory". To date, process running time has decreased by 34%, the level of work—in-progress has decreased by 40%, and output has increased by 49%," Maxim Shulgat, head of the RCC, shared the results of the work.
Based on the results of the work, the RCC rating will be formed in 2023. It will be published on the IT Platform "Productivity.Russian Federation" in January 2024.
