Ivan Steinborm joined the team of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency
The Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region informs that starting today, the Deputy General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency JSC has assumed the duties ofIvan Steinborm. The new deputy will deal with the tasks of forming a register of investment projects, developing proposals to improve the mechanism of ARI interaction with investors and credit institutions.
According to the Minister of Economy of the Omsk regionOksana Fadina, recently GovernorViktor Nazarov held a meeting with the deputy chairmen, during which he set the task of intensifying the joint work of executive authorities with ARI in terms of forming a unified information space for working with investment projects. We are talking about the involvement of the heads of executive authorities in the practical implementation of support for each of the investment projects, depending on the nature of the problems that arise. These include issuing various permits, ensuring the technical conditions of the investment site, providing land plots, as well as clarifying the instruments of tax policy. The initiator of the investment project can submit an application for assistance on the updated Investment Internet portal of the Omsk region. The organization and supervision of this issue by the ARI will also be included in the terms of reference.By Ivan Steinborm.
Besides,Ivan Steinborm will develop the MFC Business Center, which includes expanding the list and improving the quality of government and municipal services to businesses, introducing modern high-tech services that simplify the procedure for obtaining government and municipal services and the timing of their provision, as well as coordinating business support from the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
