Six small and medium-sized enterprises of the Omsk region, engaged in the electrical and chemical sectors, held about fifty talks in Astana.
The visit of the Omsk delegation to the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized by the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency.
As part of the business mission, companies from the Omsk region held individual meetings with Kazakhstani enterprises for three days.
Thus, the Kazakh partners were interested in cable and wire products and LED and panel equipment of the Omsk enterprise SibElectroComplete. Kazakhstani companies offered various options for cooperation: direct deliveries, the creation of a consortium and participation in tenders. SibElectroComplete will prepare targeted commercial proposals based on the technical specifications of its Kazakhstani partners.
A representative of the Promsmazki trading house met with Kazakhstani partners engaged in the trade of fuels and lubricants. "Cooperation with a trading company with territorial coverage of the northern and central parts of Kazakhstan will be the most promising. In addition, it will be promising to work with a company specializing in the wholesale supply of industrial equipment to enterprises in Kazakhstan. They are interested in expanding the product range for the comprehensive provision of industrial equipment and service materials, including industrial fluids, to companies in Kazakhstan. We will prepare an appropriate proposal for them," representatives of the Promsmazki trading house said.
Irina Lim, a leading engineer at the Omsk-based Kristall-M company, held meetings with design institutes, construction companies and companies engaged in the trade of electrical equipment. Omsk enterprise is ready to offer automated electricity metering systems for the retail market for construction companies. The cost of automated systems will be calculated based on the technical specifications of Kazakhstani enterprises.
The Kvant production Association and the Almaty construction company have outlined a promising area of cooperation – the construction of a 3rd generation plant that can be equipped with Omsk-made panel equipment.
The interest in the services of the Omsk Micronics enterprise for automation of technological processes was expressed by the Almaty energy company and one of the largest Kazakhstani grain producers and processors. A number of enterprises have become interested in engine protection devices manufactured by Micronics. Based on the technological needs, the engineers of the Omsk scientific and technical company will be able to offer optimal automation solutions.
Representatives of the Omsk enterprise Mega-Plast-Irtysh held talks with companies interested in purchasing PET preforms. The second area of activity of the Omsk company is carbon dioxide, which is used in mining as a means of fire safety. A large integrated zinc producer became interested in this product. Negotiations on the supply of carbon dioxide will continue upon arrival in Omsk.
After the completion of individual meetings, Omsk companies went to the Astana EXPO-2017 international exhibition, where the Omsk delegation got acquainted with the plans of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the transition to a "green" economy by 2050 and is ready to offer its energy-saving solutions to potential partners.
