The staff of the Omsk Region resource supply company was trained at the Process Factory
The trainers of the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk region conducted the training "Process Factory" in the field of application of lean manufacturing tools and process optimization for OmskVodokanal employees. The company ensures the functioning of the most important life support systems of the city of Omsk: water supply and sanitation.
The learning process at the "Process Factory" includes alternating work with the product and mini-lectures. In one day, the training participants live through three game shifts, in which they must release a certain number of nodes in the gas pressure regulator and achieve optimal operational and financial performance. During the training, they analyze the current situation of the production flow, identify problem areas, implement improvements and achieve the necessary results.
The participants of the "Factory of Processes" noted the relevance of the acquired knowledge on the principles of teamwork to increase labor productivity, the accessibility of complex teaching material, and also expressed gratitude to the specialists of the Omsk Region RCC for the training.
The Process Factory, opened as part of the implementation of the national Labor Productivity project, operates on the basis of the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region. SME entities, including those outside the perimeter of the national Labor Productivity project, can use this tool for the application of lean technologies.
