"SME Corporation announces the selection of startup projects to provide credit and guarantee support to small and medium-sized businesses.
Initiators of projects that meet the following criteria can count on this type of financial support.:
The initiator of the project does not associate the implementation of the project with the capabilities of the existing business to repay the loan to finance a new project or does not have an operating business.;
the initiator's own share of the project is at least 15%;
the project corresponds to priority sectors (agriculture (including agricultural production);
manufacturing (including food production); production and distribution of electricity, gas and water; construction; production and sale of import-substituting products; priority areas for the development of science, technology and technology in the Russian Federation and areas for the development of critical technologies Of the Russian Federation in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated June 7, 2011 No. 899), provided for in the Program to Stimulate Lending to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (Program 6.5);
The project is in a high stage of development by a small and medium-sized business entity (it meets the requirements listed in the checklist, the Project Summary form has been completed, and the document forms are attached to this letter);
The project is supported by the administration of the subject of the Russian Federation and/or is included in the list of priority projects implemented in the region, which is confirmed by a letter from the head of the subject of the Russian Federation addressed to JSC Corporation SME.
