«The Corporation «SMEs» announces the selection of startup projects to provide credit and guarantee support to small and medium-sized businesses.

Initiators of projects that meet the following criteria can count on this type of financial support.:

the initiator of the project does not bind the implementation of the project with the capabilities of the existing business to repay the loan to finance a new project or does not have an operating business;

the initiator's own share of the project – nevertheless 15%;

the project corresponds to priority sectors (agriculture (including the production of agricultural products);
manufacturing (including food production); production and distribution of electricity, gas and water; construction; production and sale of import-substituting products; priority areas of development Science, technology and engineering in the Russian Federation and the directions of development of critical technologies Of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 7 June's 2011 year No. 899), provided by in the Program of stimulating lending to small and medium-sized businesses (the Program 6,5);

The project is in a high stage of development by a small business entity. small and medium-sized enterprises (meets the requirements listed in the checklist, the form is filled out "Project Summary", the forms of the documents are attached to this letter);

the project is supported by the administration of the subject of the Russian Federation and/or is it included in the list of priority projects being implemented on the territory of the region, which is confirmed by a letter from the head of the subject of the Russian Federation addressed to JSC "The Corporation "SMEs".
