"The Corporation "SMEs" implements a preferential leasing program in the regions of Russia

The program is implemented by four regional leasing companies, Omsk enterprises can participate by contacting the regional Ministry of Economy.

The program of preferential leasing financing is designed for individual and small business entities, the loan amount is from 3 before 200 million rubles for a period up to 7 years for the purchase of equipment at rates equal to 6% per annum for Russian-made equipment and 8% per annum for foreign-made equipment. The advance payment under the leasing agreements under the program is set at least 10% the value of the leased item, which is significantly lower than the same market indicator.

For the implementation of the program in 2017-2019 years allocated from the federal budget 6 billion rubles, at least half of which is planned to be used by the end 2018 a year to provide leasing support to individual and small business entities.
