Quartz agglomerate of Omsk production became interested in Kazakhstan

The business mission of Omsk enterprises to the Republic of Kazakhstan has been completed. Omsk businessmen took part in the 24th Kazakhstan International Construction Exhibition "KazBuild-2017" in Almaty.

Five small and medium-sized enterprises of the Omsk region, engaged in woodworking, construction and other fields, held about 160 negotiations at the construction exhibition.

The visit of the Omsk delegation to the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized by the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency. The Omsk region was represented at the exhibition by the company's collective stand.

As part of the business mission, Omsk businessmen held negotiations and individual meetings for four days with Kazakhstani entrepreneurs engaged in various fields, such as construction, interior design, ceramics and quartz stone products, woodworking and telecommunications, as well as with individuals.

Thus, eco-friendly food stores, as well as retail and wholesale stores selling paint and varnish materials, have shown particular interest in patchwork wax, which is produced by Bolshoy Dom Derevy, and wooden beds with straw mattresses under the Tsarskie Bed brand.

Composite materials for the construction of bridges, which are produced by the SMITH company, have become interested in construction and service enterprises in Kazakhstan.

For the first time, Dryad, a company engaged in the production of art parquet, interior items and doors, took part in the format of a business mission. Construction, design and trading companies of Kazakhstan became interested in the company's products.

According to Dryad employees, in addition to Kazakhstani construction and trading companies, as well as direct buyers, entrepreneurs from Bishkek showed great interest in the products. At the moment, the opening of a representative office in Kyrgyzstan is being discussed.

Of particular interest were the products of the company "Generation". The company's representatives held about 50 negotiations over the course of four days. Furniture salons, design studios, kitchen salons and private buyers of Kazakhstan became interested in quartz agglomerate products.

"Our company was satisfied with the results of the business mission. The main purpose of the trip was to get new and fresh contacts. At the moment, all the results from the negotiations are being worked out. Some Kazakhstani companies are interested in supplying our products by the new year, while others are interested in the spring of next year. Negotiations are underway now," says Alexey Melnikov, director of the Generation company.

The Omsk delegation included Technotent company, which manufactures tarpaulin canopies, curtains for car washes and car curtains. The Omsk company has developed a special offer for Kazakhstani businessmen for the construction of prefabricated frame and awning hangars. Kazakh companies from the construction sector are interested in purchasing tarpaulin canopies.

"Our specialists have yet to monitor the results achieved and provide information and consulting support to companies. We also plan to assist in the verification of counterparties and the preparation of export contracts," said Movses Chobanyan, Head of the Omsk Region Export Support Center.
