The Direct Investor Relations Line continues to receive requests through the Omsk Region Investment Portal.

An ecosystem for business is being developed in the Omsk Region, including mechanisms for operational interaction with investors and entrepreneurs. The Investor Direct Line service allows you to receive online advice from the Government and the investment team of the region on the implementation of a business project. The reply is usually sent by e-mail within 5 business days.

It should be recalled that building a constructive dialogue between society, government and business is one of the priorities of the Omsk Region Government. The governor of the region, Vitaly Khotsenko, had previously set the task of entering the top ten most investment-attractive regions.

Using the Direct Appeals Line service, an entrepreneur can send an appeal on the following issues: the implementation of an investment project by an investor, assistance in selecting a land plot and its infrastructure, the selection of forms of state support measures, interaction with the Government of the Omsk Region and other issues that arise for an investor implementing or envisaging the implementation of an investment project.

"The Regulations of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency set a five-day deadline for reviewing applications. If it is necessary to obtain additional information, hold meetings, the deadline for consideration of the application may be extended, but not more than ten working days with the appropriate notification. Based on the results of consideration of the appeal, the response will be sent on time to the address indicated in the appeal," the Agency noted.
