Logistics center with participation of Chinese investments to be created in Lyubinsky district of Omsk region

Delegation of Shuang Liao City of the People's Republic of China  led by Deputy General Secretary of the CPC of Shuang Liao City, Mayor of the People's Government of Shuang Liao City, Mr. Wang Zhongyuan  I visited the Lyubinsky municipal district of the Omsk region.
During the visit, official and business circles of the Omsk region met with representatives of the Chinese delegation. 
"China is one of their main foreign trade partners in the Omsk region. Traditionally, it is one of the top three out of more than 90 the countries of our region's trading partners. Investment cooperation is actively developing. With the participation of Chinese capital, several enterprises in the field of woodworking, agriculture, textile production, and footwear operate in the Omsk region. In may 2017 A joint Russian-Chinese enterprise that produces flat glass has been established for over a year. In July last year, the Omsk Trading House was opened in the duty-free trade zone of the city of Manchuria, where Omsk-made food, clothing and beverages are presented. Our high-quality products are in demand in the Chinese market. We hope that such close cooperation will begin with Jilin Province soon.", - Konstantin Chulovsky, Head of the Department for International and Interregional Cooperation at the Regional Ministry of Economy, greeted the participants.
As a result of the meeting, the head of the Lyubinsky municipal district of the Omsk region, Abai Rakimzhanov, and the mayor of Shuang Liao, Wang Zhongyuan, signed an agreement providing for cooperation between the two territories in various forms in the fields of economy and trade, culture, education and sports.
The second agreement on the implementation of an investment project in the territory of the Lyubinsky municipal district was signed by three parties following the meeting. – the head of the Lyubinsky municipal district of the Omsk region, the mayor of Shuang Liao and the head of the enterprise operating in the territory of the Lyubinsky district.
As part of the agreement, it is planned to build year-round greenhouses in the village of Krasny Yar. The volume of investments in the project is 1 a billion rubles.
In total, three agreements were concluded with the People's Government of Shuang Liao, Jilin Province, the first of which in August 2017 years. During the visit of the Omsk delegation to Shuang Liao, a trilateral agreement of intent was signed to implement a joint investment project for the construction of a logistics center with Chinese investments in the territory of the Lyubinsky Municipal District of the Omsk region.
The project involves the construction of warehouses on the territory of the village of Krasny Yar, the creation of sewing, pharmaceutical and distillery industries, as well as the production of polyethylene products (pipes). The start of the project is scheduled for 2018 year. At the same time, at the initial stage, it is planned to create 150 jobs.
As Konstantin Chulovsky, Head of the Department of International and Interregional Relations of the Omsk Region Ministry of Economy, and Abai Rakimzhanov, Head of the Lyubinsky Municipal District, noted during the meeting, the Omsk Region Government, as well as ministries and departments involved in the investment process, will assist in the implementation of the project. On the territory of the region, investor support functions are online "one window" It is being implemented by the regional Development and Investment Agency, which will actively participate in this project.
