From May 27 to May 28, the Days of Industry in the Omsk Region will be held at the regional Congress Hall. These days Omsk will become a point of attraction for regional teams for the development of industrial tourism and industrial clusters, leading industrial enterprises of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, representatives of executive authorities, business development and support infrastructures.
Today, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk region Andrey Shpilenko, on the air of MONTE CARLO radio station, told radio listeners and subscribers of Channel 12 about attracting investments to the region, developing industrial tourism, creating and developing industrial clusters, and what awaits the participants of the Days of Industry in the Omsk Region event in two days of work.
"In our event, we combine two themes at once: industrial tourism and industrial clusters. Why are these concepts interrelated? Promtourism solves several tasks at once: it strengthens trust in local products, generates consumer demand, develops cooperative ties, and provides career guidance, as well as opens up the region to potential investors. The formation of industrial clusters performs the same functions. Therefore, about 500 representatives from 67 regions of the Russian Federation will come to Omsk for two days. The participants of the event will defend their projects for the creation of industrial clusters and present industrial routes. The tourist and industrial route of the Omsk region is called "Industry of Siberia - the greatness of Russia", it will show that the industrial enterprises of the Omsk region have been the shield and reliable support of Russia from historical times to the present," said Andrey Shpilenko.
Also, as part of the meeting with representatives of Omsk Media, a tour of the Channel 12 TV studio took place. The tourists learned about how TV presenters and correspondents, cameramen and directors work, as well as many fascinating facts from the history of the channel.
