We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia is implementing a new stage of the project to reboot measures to support small and medium-sized businesses.

Over the past three months, an experimental upgrade laboratory has been operating with the support of the Ministry.

The results of expert work based on the results of strategic sessions held at the site of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of representatives of public organizations, development institutions, business communities, government authorities, infrastructure organizations supporting small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs are presented on the website www.upgradelab.ru.

The purpose of this work – ensure maximum accessibility of support measures for entrepreneurs. Main tasks – synchronize existing measures, eliminate inefficient duplication, and optimize program administration costs. The received proposals will be finalized after receiving feedback on the website.
