The Ministry of Economy of the Omsk region monitors the state and development of the competitive environment in the regional markets of goods and services
The Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region invites residents of the region, business representatives, consumers of goods and services, and members of public organizations representing consumer interests to participate in the survey.
The survey is conducted as part of monitoring the state and development of the competitive environment in the markets of goods and services in the region in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 5 september 2015 year No. 1738- R.
Monitoring will help identify the key factors limiting the development of competition in the Omsk region markets. One of the ways to conduct monitoring is to survey respondents.
The questionnaires include questions aimed at identifying:
administrative barriers and assessment of the competitive environment by entrepreneurs;
consumer satisfaction with the quality of goods and services in the commodity markets of the Omsk region and the state of price competition;
satisfaction of business entities and consumers of goods, works and services with the quality (level of accessibility, clarity and convenience of obtaining) official information on the state of the competitive environment in the markets of goods and services of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation and activities to promote competition posted by the authorized body (Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region) and municipalities.
To participate in the survey, you need to download the questionnaire to your computer and print it out (the questionnaires are compiled separately for business representatives and separately for residents of the Omsk region). After printing out the required file, the respondent fills out the questionnaire with a pen. You can also fill out the questionnaire in electronic form (by highlighting the answer options in color or adding the missing value using text editors).
The completed application form must be submitted before 1 November's 2017 year to the specialists of the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk region at the address Omsk, Krasny Put St., 5 (office54) or send it to an email address: nrudenko@mineconom.omskportal.ru.
The survey results will help create conditions for the development, support and protection of small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, it will be possible to determine the behavior of business entities in the studied markets and the expectations of consumers of goods and services, which will lead to increased satisfaction of all participants in economic activity and other stakeholders.
