The Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk Region is conducting an online survey of employers in the region on staffing and improving the effectiveness of recruitment of qualified personnel.
Representatives of organizations and entrepreneurs operating in the Omsk region, regardless of their form of ownership, industry affiliation, and number of employees, are invited to participate in the survey. Participation is anonymous and will not take more than 5 minutes.
It should be noted that all responses received will be processed automatically and used only in a generalized form to analyze and determine measures to improve the effectiveness of interaction between the personnel centers of the Omsk region and employers in the region when addressing staffing issues.
