According to the organizers, the village of Krasny Yar in the Omsk region was included in the rating due to the active creation of new jobs not related to the activities of the city-forming enterprise and the implementation of the "5 steps of landscaping" program. They have established cooperation with institutions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, and high satisfaction with the procedures for obtaining rental space. The single-industry town was distinguished by the availability and accessibility of real estate necessary for doing business by small businesses, as well as the quality and accessibility of infrastructure.
"To date, a comprehensive development program has been developed for the single-industry town of Krasny Yar. Every year we actively stimulate the development of entrepreneurship, including youth entrepreneurship. Single-industry students take part in the regional youth entrepreneurship competition "Point of Growth", where they take prizes. Social entrepreneurship is actively developing in the monotown. The Regional Center for Social Innovation provides support in the implementation of projects in the territory of a single-industry town. We are observing a good trend – over a three-year period, the number of residents of a single-industry town has remained at the same level of more than 5,000 people. It should be noted that the unemployment rate is 0.69%. According to the unified register of the Federal Tax Service, there are almost 150 small and medium−sized businesses in Krasny Yar," said Rasim Galyamov, Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region.
Let us remind you that in November last year, the project team of the single-industry town of Krasny Yar was trained at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
