More than 60 agricultural specialists and farmers will take part in the Siberian Agro-Industrial Fair
On November 23, the traditional Siberian Agro-industrial Exhibition and Fair dedicated to the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers of the Omsk region will be held at the regional Congress Hall. The organizers of the fair are the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk Region and the Regional Agency for Development and Investment.
The Siberian Agro-Industrial Fair is a specialized platform for business communication between farmers, demonstrating the achievements of the agro-industrial complex of the region and expanding mutually beneficial relations between enterprises in the region.
As part of the celebration dedicated to the Day of the Agricultural and Processing Industry Worker, a solemn ceremony will be held to award the best farmers, livestock breeders and machine operators for high achievements in agriculture in the Omsk region. This year, 12 passenger cars will be presented to the best specialists of the agro-industrial complex by the head of the region, Alexander Burkov.
The leaders of the harvesting campaign - successful farms and processors of agricultural products – will be awarded diplomas, certificates of honor and gifts, and milking machines will be presented to the most productive milk distributors. The celebrations will take place in the regional Congress Hall and the Concert Hall of the Omsk Philharmonic, and performances by vocal and dance groups are planned in the program.
A fair of products from rural producers from the Omsk region and an exhibition of agricultural machinery and equipment will be held on the square near the regional Congress Hall.
Residents of Omsk and the Omsk region will be able to visit the exhibition of products of the agro-industrial complex, the exposition of scientific achievements, which will be located on two floors of the regional Congress Hall. The exhibition will showcase technologies for growing, harvesting and storing agricultural products and other innovations in the agro-industrial sector.
Visitors to the fair will also be able to take part in tastings of dairy and meat products from the processing enterprises of Omsk Bacon JSC, VNIMI-Siberia LLC, Nutrient Mixtures Center and Luzinskaya Krynochka. And agro-industrial complex specialists and Omsk businessmen, in turn, will be able to expand the sales market and sign new profitable contracts.
