The secrets of women's entrepreneurship were revealed at the Svoe Delo – Your Success forum

Today, the regional Congress Hall hosts the final day of the regional entrepreneurship forum "Your Business is your Success", where business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs can expand business ties and receive advice from small and medium-sized business support structures.

Within the framework of the forum, the Omsk regional branch of Opora Russia organized a round table on women's entrepreneurship "The Art of being the first" specifically for women entrepreneurs. The purpose of the event is to support women's entrepreneurial initiatives, to get acquainted with the successful experience of project implementation and the algorithm of actions for a startup.

Elena Karandashova, the organizer of the round table, personal style coach, head and teacher of the School of Style and Etiquette for Teenagers, invited all participants to business events organized by Opora Russia.

"Women's entrepreneurship is developing and gaining momentum. This is good news. We have a work plan in place by the end of the year. We will soon organize various discussion platforms, master classes, and a mentoring system, as well as women's forums. We plan to organize the first women's business forum," said Elena Karandashova.

The round table was attended by women entrepreneurs from various fields: business, politics, culture and art, health and sports, charity, as well as women who want or plan to start their own business. The special guests of the round table shared with the participants tips on how to realize their potential, motivate themselves to be creative, overcome fears and create their own success story.

For example, Tatyana Trifonova, an independent financial adviser, an economist specializing in Global Economics, a specialist in business planning and investments, made a presentation on the topic "Peculiarities of forming an entrepreneur's finances." Tatiana told the participants of the round table why it is important to separate personal finances and business finances and how to properly generate cash flow so as not to jeopardize personal financial well-being.

"Small and medium-sized businesses are the riskiest segment, risking both their reputation and their money until the business rises. Many entrepreneurs now have one cash flow, which they do not divide into personal finances and the finances of their business. A skilled entrepreneur should be able to manage cash flow. To do this, you need to develop your financial culture so that your business does not turn into just a hobby. Every self-respecting entrepreneur should definitely determine how much your time is worth and determine your salary for yourself. It is also necessary to diversify risks, evaluate the economic efficiency of the business and properly evaluate your business as a whole. It's difficult, but it needs to be done," said Tatiana Trifonova.

The event was also attended by successful businesswomen from Omsk. Irina Gukalova, founder and director of the Private Preschool Education Institution Arbuz Kindergarten and Harmony School, shared information about the main mistakes to avoid at the beginning of the journey.

In the format of an open dialogue, the participants asked their questions and shared their experiences with colleagues.
