inRussia 2026 will discuss the role of industrial infrastructure in the implementation of national technological leadership projects

The implementation of national technological leadership projects, the improvement of government support and regulatory measures, and the development of industrial sites and clusters will be the central topics of the inRussia 2026 International Forum, which will be held on October 8-10 in Omsk at the regional Congress Hall. A separate final event of the business program will be the presentation of the XII National Rating of Technoparks in Russia.

The central discussion of the forum will be devoted to industrial infrastructure and clusters as platforms for the implementation of national technological leadership projects. The focus is on localization of production, development of cooperative chains, technology transfer, attracting investments and reducing infrastructure risks when launching new projects. The moderator of the plenary session will be Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia. Anatoly Seryshev, Presidential Envoy to the Siberian Federal District, Vitaly Khotsenko, Governor of the Omsk Region, Ivan Kulikov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Tatyana Ilyushnikova, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, representatives of the State Duma, institutes of development and business are invited to participate. 

A separate block of the program will be devoted to improving the regulation of industrial infrastructure and government support measures. The participants will discuss how to combine the business demand for clear and sustainable conditions for the implementation of investment projects with the state objectives of technological sovereignty. The practical continuation of the discussion will be a master class by the AKIT of the Russian Federation with an analysis of real cases of receiving state support, changes in requirements and typical mistakes in preparing applications. 

The inRussia 2026 program also includes sessions on the design of industrial infrastructure from light industrial to big box, the transition of technology parks to an ecosystem model, sustainable development of sites, attracting investors and residents, digital and AI transformation of management companies, as well as industrial staffing. As part of a joint meeting of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Coordinating Council of the AMIS, it is planned to prepare proposals to the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia to improve the requirements for industrial parks and increase the effectiveness of a single regional subsidy. 

One of the key events of the forum will be the presentation of the XII National Rating of Technoparks in Russia. It will be held on October 9 at the end of the main business program of inRussia 2026. The national rating will become a separate industry block of the forum along with a discussion of government policy, support tools and practices for the development of industrial infrastructure.
