The interactive investment map of the Omsk region contains new platforms for the implementation of projects

The interactive investment map has been expanded with seven commercial facilities and ten land plots for various purposes.

Recall that the regional interactive investment map, created in 2014 It contains complete information about new investment sites, business proposals, investment projects and facilities owned by the federal and regional authorities. The map is presented at: http://www.geo.omskportal.ru/CoGIS/Invest, and also on the Omsk Region investment portal.

The investment card is updated with new objects every month. So, in July, seven objects of various purposes were published on the map. – This building is located on Oktyabrskaya Street, in order to find a partner to create a joint venture, five production and office facilities in the village of Tavrichesky and one commercial property in the Tavrichesky district.

In addition, information about land plots has been updated on the map. Ten different sites are offered for the implementation of projects. – three land plots for sale  projects for the creation of livestock farms and the cultivation of fodder crops in the rural settlement of Petrovskoye, Omsk region, six land plots located in the city of Omsk to accommodate industrial facilities and shops, as well as  a plot of land for production and administrative purposes.

At the moment, the investment map shows 176 investment projects, 116 investment platforms and 39 business proposals.
