The investment committee, chaired by Rustam Mingazov, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, supported the construction project of a multifunctional sports tennis center in Omsk

The project is planned to be implemented on the territory of the left-bank part of Omsk. The sports cluster will combine professional and amateur infrastructure: 4 indoor and 3 outdoor tennis courts, 6 padel tennis courts, as well as a general physical training hall. A cafe area and parking space will be provided for the comfort of visitors. 

The total investment in the project will exceed 400 million rubles, which will create at least 30 new jobs and provide additional tax revenues to the regional budget.

It is worth noting that the project is being supported by the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency. 

The specialists have already:

We assisted the investor in preparing materials for participation in the meeting of the investment committee;

We assisted in obtaining information on the procedure and the preliminary cost of connecting the facility to the engineering infrastructure.;

We held a consultation on changing the type of permitted use of the land plot in order to ensure the possibility of implementing the project.
