Omsk Region continues to develop the investment climate, making interaction with investors even more convenient and efficient. The "Direct Appeals Line" has been finalized on the Investment Portal of the region, which has significantly improved the convenience of using the service.
Recall that the Investment portal of the Omsk region provides an opportunity for direct communication with both the leadership of the region and the specialists of the regional Agency for Development and Investment. The opportunity is implemented on the main page of the portal, as well as in the Investor's Personal Account service.
Through the direct appeals line, an investor or entrepreneur can submit an appeal on various issues, ranging from "project implementation intentions" and "selection of government support measures" to "proposals to improve investment conditions in the Omsk region."
"I would like to draw the attention of investors and entrepreneurs that the deadline for responding to an appeal via a direct line is 30 days after registration. If you need to get feedback faster, we encourage investors to register in the Investor's Personal Account service. The LCI is part of the regulations for the support of investment projects based on the "one-stop shop" principle. The response time through the service has been reduced to 7 days," said Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
