About 500 sites for the implementation of investment projects in the Omsk region are located on the investment map of Russia.

The interactive Investment Map of Russia platform will help investors decide whether to open a cafe or build a factory in the Omsk Region. About 500 land and property complexes located in the Omsk region for the implementation of projects are located on a single service for searching, comparing and selecting investment sites across the country.

The investment card of Russia was launched in February 2024. It allows you to assess the business environment of a future project: sales markets, preferential treatment, availability of minerals and infrastructure — from pavement to cellular communications, to look for sites in different regions and compare their capabilities. On the map, you can view information about key macroeconomic indicators of the subjects of the Russian Federation that may affect the implementation of the project.

The Investment Card of Russia platform is part of a strategy to create a comfortable business environment and increase the attractiveness of the regions. In the Omsk region, work in this direction is underway on behalf of Governor Vitaly Khotsenko. He set his team the ambitious task of making the region one of the top ten in terms of investment attractiveness.

So, a potential investor can find out what support measures are in effect in the region, energy tariffs and current tax rates. The following documents are presented for review: a model of socio-economic development, an investment declaration and a set of investment rules for the region.

"The Omsk region is represented on the Investment Map of Russia by 445 land plots for construction and agriculture, 51 property complexes, including ready-made industrial sites, vacant sites for small businesses, as well as priority sites ready for project launch. An entrepreneur can get acquainted in detail with the preferential territory of the Omsk region – the Avangard special economic zone, as well as 7 technoparks and industrial parks. All the plots are mapped, and their characteristics, rental or purchase conditions can be viewed online from anywhere in the world," the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency noted.

Increasing investment activity has become one of the main objectives of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" for 2025. The Investkarta Russia platform is part of a strategy to attract investment and create a comfortable business environment in Russia. Posting up-to-date information about investment sites and opportunities on the map increases the likelihood of creating new production facilities in the Omsk Region.

An entrepreneur can get a free consultation on the implementation of an investment project in the Omsk region by contacting the regional Agency for Development and Investment at the address: Omsk, ul. 70 let Oktyabrya, 25, building 2 or by phone: +7(3812) 40-80-49.
