A large-scale investment project to modernize production is being implemented at the Omsk tire plant.
Foreign partners are involved in the installation of the latest equipment in the workshops of JSC «Cordiant-East».
Holding Company «Cordiant» in 2017 This year, he is implementing a large-scale investment project for the technical re-equipment of the production building at the Omsk tire plant of JSC «Cordiant-East». The project is designed for four years and provides for the modernization and purchase of new vulcanization equipment, assembly lines, the organization of a separate site for product testing, as well as automation of transport systems.
The project involves the world's largest companies manufacturing equipment for the tire industry from Slovakia, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Italy, etc. In recent years «Cordiant-East» actively cooperates with the holding «Mesnac» (China), which is one of the world leaders in the development, production and installation of innovative tire equipment. Company MERTC (Slovakia), Part of the holding, it works with manufacturers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, India, Brazil, Iran, Turkey, China and has been successfully cooperating with JSC for the past five years. «Cordiant-East».
As part of the technical re-equipment project, two modern assembly lines were purchased and three existing assembly lines were upgraded, and individual components were updated. This year's work at JSC «Cordiant-East» they were continued. Together with Slovak partners, the fourth RS assembly line was upgraded.-2.
Foreign specialists replaced the components, installed modern software, introduced new system management and automated the process of joining parts. After that, Omsk tire manufacturers, together with their Slovak colleagues, installed the updated equipment in the production workshop, and also completed the necessary commissioning work.
«Technical re-equipment of JSC «Cordiant-East» It is primarily aimed at automating and optimizing the operation of existing equipment, as well as minimizing the human factor in tire production. Thanks to the modernization of the RS assembly line-2 we were able to increase its productivity by 30%. Moreover, now we can expand the range and assemble tires on new equipment. 13-18 inches.
