It is based on the sounds of the Poliom plant equipment, which the famous Omsk conductor and arranger Grigory Vever combined with instrumental music. Artists of the Omsk Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra will perform "Rave with Glass" on the main stage of the Symphopark.
"Rave with Glass" is one of the tracks from the album "Factory of Sounds", which was released in 2022 as part of the "M" project. Its creator– composer Seryozha Sirin– brought together the hum of compressors, the rhythms of a filling line, the clink of laboratory utensils, the sounds of precision measuring instruments, as well as the voices of employees of one of the most high–tech enterprises in the region, the Poliom plant.
"Omsk is rightfully called the cultural capital of Siberia and the largest industrial center of the country. In a new creative project, we decided to combine the symbols of the identity of our region. Popularization of production through artistic images and art is an opportunity for Omsk residents to take a fresh look at the plant and hear its voice," said Pavel Evdokimov, General Director of Poliom LLC.
Last year, the Omsk Region joined the All-Russian educational program "Open Industry" for the first time. The regional team consisted of more than forty people. These are government officials, enterprises, business development and support institutions, universities, tour operators, and tour guides. The industrial route "Industry of Siberia — the Greatness of Russia", which includes the Poliom plant, became the first product to be presented as part of the Days of Industry in the Omsk Region on May 28 this year.
"It's great that the members of the regional industrial tourism development team, after launching the industrial route and acquiring new specialties, do not stop there, continue to popularize industrial tourism, attract young people to factories, and promote local products. The participation of Omsk industrial enterprise Poliom in Symphopark is an indicator that industry, entrepreneurship, and culture in our region work together and are linked by one goal - to make the Omsk Region even more attractive for investment," said Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, curator of industrial tourism development in the region.
Guests of the music festival will be able to hear the voice of Omsk industry in harmony with the string instruments of the Chamber Orchestra on June 29 at 15:00 and on June 30 at 18:00 on the main stage of the Symphopark in the park "On Korolev" at Korolev Ave., 20.
