A strategic session dedicated to the development of foreign economic activity in the Omsk region, "PRO Foreign Economic Activity 2.0", was held at the regional Congress Hall.
Today, a strategic session dedicated to the development of foreign economic activity in the Omsk region - "PRO Foreign Economic Activity 2.0" - took place at the regional Congress Hall. The strategic sessions are being led by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region.
This is the third business meeting in a series where representatives of executive authorities, business support institutions, associations and unions present opportunities for the development and strengthening of the Omsk Region Government at the international level.
Galina Goncharova, First Deputy Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, made a presentation during the strategic session. In her report, she spoke about the Agency's activities, as well as about a possible contribution to the development of the region's foreign economic activity.
"The Agency plans to hold at least 4 presentations of the investment attractiveness of the Omsk region abroad in 2025 in order to acquaint friendly foreign countries with the main socio-economic indicators of the Omsk region and present the main competitive advantages of the region",
- Galina Goncharova shared.
During the active discussions, the participants of the strategic session managed to develop another opportunity for the development of foreign economic activity - holding international-level congress and exhibition events. The site of the regional Congress Hall has all the technical and communication capabilities for meeting international guests of honor. These business events will give an additional impetus to the promotion of Omsk manufacturers' goods and services to foreign markets and strengthen cooperation ties.
