An end-to-end investment flow is being built in the Omsk Region

From June 17 to June 19, the investment team of the region participates in a series of training seminars on building an End-to-end Investment Flow (SIP). The purpose of the training program is to shorten the investor's client path and further improve the processes of implementing investment projects through the introduction of lean technologies.

The seminar is being led by Natalia Dubrovskaya, curator of the End-to-End Investment Flow project at Rosatom Production System JSC of Rosatom State Corporation. The event is attended by representatives of executive authorities and local governments of municipalities, the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, as well as specialists from resource supply organizations.

Let's remind that the "End—to-end Investment Stream" is a project launched by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia jointly with the State Corporation Rosatom. The M&A is aimed at reducing the time and number of documents when launching investment projects. Work in the region is being carried out on behalf of the Governor of the Omsk Region, Vitaly Khotsenko, as part of the Lean Region program.

During the training seminars, the participants reviewed the TOP problems that were identified during the implementation of the project in the pilot regions, methods of solving problems in production and in the office, key conditions and stages of the implementation of the end-to-end investment flow. Students will have to map 11 algorithms for investor actions, including: obtaining a land plot, joining technological resources, analyzing problems and losses, and developing an action plan to eliminate them.

"The end—to-end investment flow project will minimize business losses and speed up the issuance of necessary documents, introduce customer-centric principles, and reformat the current daily activities of investor support structures involved in the implementation of investment projects in the Omsk Region," the regional Development and Investment Agency noted.

According to Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the regional Government, the "End-to-end investment Flow" is a significant tool that will allow to unify algorithms and reduce the time for issuing permits, which will lead to an increase in the investment attractiveness of the Omsk region and attract new investors.
