The National Association of Investment and Development Agencies has released a "Collection of investment proposals 2026"

The document was developed on the basis of investment proposals ("boxed solutions") provided by investment development agencies and development corporations as part of a request from NAAIR, as well as on the basis of open data posted on regional investment portals, the investment map of the Russian Federation and other official information resources.

The collection contains a systematic list of relevant investment proposals for potential investors and can be used by regional teams as a practical addition to the Methodological Recommendations on the formation of investment proposals by development agencies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, developed as part of the formation of a system to support new investment projects in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In particular, as a guideline for regional teams in the development, updating and visual design of their own investment proposals and building systematic work with investors.

The materials included in the collection make it possible to compare current regional practices, identify the most well-developed approaches to presenting investment opportunities and improve the quality of investment materials preparation.

For an investor, this collection is a ready—made business planning tool. It allows you to compare the capabilities of different regions of Russia. An investor can see where it is better to build a metalwork factory, and where it is more profitable to develop tourism or agriculture. All data is taken from official sources — the Investment Map of the Russian Federation and regional portals.

Specialists from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency have done their best to ensure that the region's investment projects meet the level of the "Regional Investment Standard 3.0".
