Modern production of special paper that does not allow fat and oil to pass through may appear in the Omsk region. The Regional Agency for Development and Investment has prepared for entrepreneurs a ready-made project of a plant that will free Russian food producers from dependence on foreign supplies. If implemented, the plant will be ready to produce 100 tons of products per year.
The strategic objective set by the Governor of the Omsk Region, Vitaly Khotsenko, is to improve the investment climate and create a favorable business environment in the region. The regional team helps to remove the administrative barrier and translates the interaction between the government and the investor into a "one-stop shop" format.
Grease—resistant paper is a simple but highly sought-after product. Thin but dense sheets with a special coating, which we see every day in fast food restaurants. They wrap hot food in them so that the oil does not seep through the packaging and stain your hands. Bright logos can be printed on such paper, turning an ordinary wrapper into a brand advertisement. At the same time, the material remains absolutely safe.
The project has already been calculated and is ready for implementation. It will take about 300 million rubles and about 2 years of work to build and launch the workshop. Investments will start to return quickly — full payback will come in about 6 years. From a financial point of view, the project is characterized by high investment attractiveness: the amount of benefits is provided for the entrepreneur, optimizing capital and operating costs.
The entire process will be conducted under the supervision of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency. Specialists do not just offer sites, but pack ready-made, calculated production cases.
"Today, the demand for environmental friendliness comes not only from the state, but also from the end user. Cellulose—based grease-resistant paper is a direct alternative to foil and non-recyclable plastics. By supporting this project, we are helping our business to become "green". An investor receives not only tax benefits, but also image advantages, entering the segment of a sustainable economy as one of the first in Russia.",
