New real estate objects within the framework of privatization for sale under the public offering procedure
The Omsk Region Property Accounting and Maintenance Center puts up real estate in Moskalensky, Tarsky and Znamensky districts for sale under the public offering procedure as part of privatization.
The total area of the lots put up for public sale is 1477.5 sq. m.
All the facilities put up for privatization have been released by regional organizations as unused. These are buildings and premises for various purposes, including for reconstruction and for agricultural activities.
For example, a warehouse building (441.5 sq. m.) was put up for privatization in the Moskalensky district in the village of Elite on Sadovaya St., in the city of Tara on The subsidiary farm is a one–storey garage building (61.5 sq. m.), in the Znamensky district in the village of Semenovka on the street. Sovetskaya is a non–residential building (760.1 sq. m.) and in the village of Zavyalovo on Shkolnaya Street is a part of a non–residential building (214.4 sq. m.).
Previously, real estate has been repeatedly put up for auction, but has not found a buyer.
In accordance with the Federal Law "On the Privatization of State and Municipal Property", privatization is carried out simultaneously with the alienation of land plots occupied by objects.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until March 5, 2018.
