A new level for the region: The National Association of Investment and Development Agencies has brought a "School of Attraction" to Omsk for the first time
A landmark event for the region's economy took place on the site of the Regional Congress Hall. For the first time, NAAIR held a two-day Investment Camp "School of Attraction" in Omsk.
This visit was a significant milestone for the Omsk Region and the team of the Agency for Development and Investment. The arrival of the NAAIR federal expert team is not just training, but also recognition of the region's high potential and confirmation that the region's investment block operates according to advanced Russian standards.
The choice of the Regional Congress Hall as the central base of the event emphasized the status of the event. Spacious halls, a modern multimedia base and well-established logistics made it possible to combine several formats on one site at once: from a deep strategic track to the large-scale inRussia-2026 forum.
It was the Congress Hall that became the place where the regional team was able to communicate with federal experts, and the speakers were able to work effectively with the audience. The venue has once again proved that it is capable of hosting events of the highest level of complexity, providing maximum comfort for speakers and participants.
On the first day, October 8, Svetlana Bazhenova, Director General of the Agency for Development and Investment, presented to the participants the practices of the regional Agency and its key areas. Rafael Khusyainshin, Executive Director of the NAAIR, conducted in-depth tracking with the audience, analyzing the portrait of a modern "investor" and models of working with investors. Nikolay Pegin, CEO of Atom-TOR JSC, spoke about the key principles of successful work with investors.
The second day, October 9, was held as part of the business program of the inRussia-2026 forum. One of the key events was the School of Attraction event, where experts from the Sverdlovsk and Saratov regions, the Institute of Knowledge Economics and the National Research Institute of Economics discussed strategies for monetization of territories and investment image management.
The School of Attraction in Omsk has provided regional specialists with a powerful methodological base. Now the main task of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency is to turn the acquired knowledge into real projects on the map of the region.",
