Exchange of experience and new tools for municipalities: Omsk Region Investment Commissioners completed a federal internship in Tyumen
On August 19-20, 2026, investment commissioners of the Omsk, Kalachinsky, Gorky and Moskalensky municipal districts of the Omsk Region took part in the All-Russian field federal internship, which took place at the Tyumen Technopark. The regional coordinator of the trip was the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
It should be recalled that increasing investment activity and improving the investment climate of the municipalities of the Omsk region is an important task carried out on behalf of the head of the region Vitaly Khotsenko. The work is being carried out by the regional government, specialists from the regional Agency for Development and Investment, as well as investment officials from municipalities.
The event brought together more than 170 specialists from 35 regions of Russia. The program focused on the practical implementation of the municipal investment standard and improving the efficiency of local teams.
Key results of the two-day internship:
Expert platform - on the first day, the participants visited the NAAIR expert platform and discussed Investment marketing and the formation of the investment image of the territory and tourism, creative industries and investments, points of growth of the territory.
Live cases - the second day was held in the format of an analysis of the topic "Support of investment projects at the regional and municipal levels" and a master class on the topic "Visual code of trust. As a professional image, it helps to confirm authority, build contact and strengthen trust in the territory."
Networking - morning exercises and jogging with Tyumen entrepreneurs set the business tone for the second day, allowing participants to establish informal contacts.
Exchange of Communications - investment commissioners of municipal districts of the Omsk region held meetings with representatives of LLC Intersvet Company and LLC Kombinat Catering
"The main task of such internships is not just to listen to reports, but to create ready—to-use tools that municipal teams can use after returning home. As a coordinator, it was important for us to provide Omsk specialists with direct access to the best practices of the Tyumen region, where an effective system of interaction between the region, the municipality and business has been built.",

As a result of the event, new approaches will be formed in the work of investment commissioners of Omsk municipalities. Special attention will be paid to the digitalization of services for investors and the creation of single entry points for businesses at the rural settlement level.
