Oleg Dautov: We see that the Ministry of Economy has done a lot of work to improve the investment climate.

The next meeting of the expert group on monitoring the implementation of the Standard of government activities to ensure a favorable investment climate in the Omsk region was held 14 October's.

"Of course, we need to work on the implementation of the investment council protocols. Unfortunately, not all authorities are ready to respond promptly to the problems identified by the council members.", - The Minister drew the attention of experts.

As part of the discussion of ways to involve the business community in the legislative process, special attention was paid to the procedure for assessing the regulatory impact of draft regulatory legal acts. Deputy Minister of Economy Anna Negoduiko She spoke in detail about the implementation of ODS in the region.

"We see a growing interest in regulatory impact assessment procedures from both business and other authorities. ODS is increasingly being conducted by the Ministry of Property and the Ministry of Industry, representatives of the business community are increasingly participating in public discussions of draft laws, and public councils are involved in the process. But there is no need to stop there. We are currently working on the implementation of ODS in six districts of the region, where the largest number of entrepreneurs are concentrated.", - noted Anna Negoduiko.

The experts expressed interest in more active participation in the RIA procedures, and therefore expressed the need to promptly inform them about the preparation of draft laws.

Oksana Fadina She emphasized that entrepreneurs themselves can become initiators of draft laws and offer their ownё vision of solutions to systemic problems.
