Omsk residents are invited to the "Country Day" of the Republics of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan

The official opening of the CIS Wealth of Eurasia exhibition and Fair, attended by 8 CIS countries, took place today in the park on Korolev.

The fair will last until August 26. Every day, visitors to the exhibition will be able to get acquainted with the culture, traditions and customs of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as purchase national goods and products.

So, on August 24, the day of the Republics of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will be held. The park's guests will enjoy a concert program from folklore groups, dance ensembles and solo performers.

The Kyrgyz Republic's stand will host the "Day of the Kyrgyz Apricot", a master class on playing the komuz, a folk three-stringed plucked musical instrument, and the game "Lullaby Rite".

The Republic of Kazakhstan has prepared for the guests of the fair a photo zone in the style of a Kazakh yurt, a literary corner where everyone can listen to poems by Kazakh poets and interesting facts from the life of Omsk Kazakhs, as well as master classes on creating embroidery of national Kazakh patterns, making a Kazakh kamchi whip and learning how to play national Kazakh musical instruments.

It should be noted that residents of Omsk and the Omsk region who will visit the Wealth of Eurasia fair will be able to take part in tastings of various products, purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products, confectionery and bakery products, tea, honey and dishes of national cuisine of the CIS countries.

The CIS Wealth of Eurasia Exhibition and Fair is open from 10.00 to 19.00.
