The educational course will be held in a full-time format. Using interactive teaching methods, a qualified trainer will provide students with basic knowledge on the legal support of export activities. Participants of the course will receive information about the legal aspects of entering the foreign market, as well as about international acts regulating export activities. During the course, students will learn about the purposes and areas of application of the international rules of foreign economic activity within the framework of the Inkorterms and the Vienna Convention; about the standards of responsibility of participants in activities and technologies for resolving possible disputes; about how to choose a legal consultant and what types of contracts and components of a foreign trade contract are used in export activities.
The Omsk Region Export Support Center invites representatives of small and medium-sized businesses interested in developing the company and launching export activities to participate free of charge.
To complete the training, it is necessary until September 18, 2017 (inclusive):
Register on the website www.exportedu.ru - create a personal account (if you don't have one yet).
Select the course "Legal support for export activities" in the "Full-time study Calendar" section (Omsk region) and register for the course (BE SURE to attach copies of a diploma of higher or secondary vocational education and a referral letter from your place of work to study, download a sample).

Take an entrance test of 15 questions (the test result does not affect the opportunity to complete the training).
After completing full-time training, take the final test and receive a certificate of education.
