Omsk businessmen were told about the legal aspects of exports

On September 18, a seminar "Legal aspects of export" was held in the regional Congress Hall as part of the free export seminar program of the Export School of the Russian Export Center JSC.

The seminar was organized by the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency.

The seminar was attended by representatives of 10 companies representing various fields of activity: production of quartz agglomerate products, design and connection of cryogenic equipment, production of pipes, design of electrical devices, as well as a number of trading companies.

The seminar was held using interactive teaching methods. Omsk entrepreneurs learned about the legal aspects of entering foreign markets, including regulations governing foreign economic activity, intellectual property protection for exporters, and dispute resolution mechanisms in export activities.

The seminar participants successfully completed the final testing and received certificates from the students of the course "Legal Aspects of Export" of the seminar program of the Export School.

"The seminar allowed us to rethink the importance of properly drafting an export contract. We will apply the acquired knowledge in practice. I really liked the speaker's presentation and the format of the training," the seminar participants shared their impressions.
