Omsk entrepreneurs will be trained in legal aspects of export

The Omsk Region Export Support Center invites entrepreneurs to participate in the seminar free of charge.

On September 18, 2018, the seminar "Legal aspects of export" of the REC Export School will be held in the regional Congress Hall. The seminar is organized by the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency.

Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses interested in the development of the company and the launch of export activities are invited to participate free of charge.

The export seminar will be held in a face-to-face format. Using interactive teaching methods, a qualified trainer will provide students with basic knowledge on the legal support of export activities. The seminar participants will learn about the purposes and areas of application of the international rules for conducting foreign economic activity within the framework of the Inkorterms and the Vienna Convention, the standards of responsibility of participants in activities and technologies for resolving possible disputes. They will discuss how to choose a legal consultant and what types of contracts and components of a foreign trade contract are used in export activities.

"An effective organization of export activities can be implemented only in compliance with the legal framework governing foreign economic activity, which is a guarantor in relations with foreign partners in the civil law field. In this seminar, Omsk entrepreneurs will learn about the legal aspects of entering the foreign market, as well as about international acts regulating export activities," said Evgeny Kovtun, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.

To participate and fill out an application, please contact the Omsk Region Export Support Center by phone: +7(3812) 40-88-77 by September 17 inclusive.

Detailed information about the seminar and the registration scheme are available on the Center's website.
