Omsk enterprises held talks with representatives of business and government of the city of Karamai

Representatives of Chinese companies in the fields of culture and tourism became interested in the services of a resident of the regional Business incubator of the agency for Business Tourism and events "Momentum" for organizing tours to the Omsk region.

Last week, the exchange of contacts between business and the authorities of the city of Karamai and Omsk entrepreneurs ended. The visit was organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region in cooperation with the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union. The Chinese delegation included representatives of the Karamai City Administration and companies involved in the fields of petrochemistry, logistics, construction, food sales, culture and tourism.

"More than 40 enterprises, organizations and institutions of the Omsk region took part in direct business negotiations, over 80 meetings were held. The most promising ones relate to the supply of Omsk construction materials and food products to the Chinese market, cooperation in the fields of logistics, tourism and cultural exchange. The high efficiency of the negotiations was noted by all participants, both from the Omsk and Chinese sides," the press service said.Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The exchange of contacts discussed further steps of cooperation to open a trading house of Omsk manufacturers in the city of Karamai, the supply of Omsk construction materials to the Chinese market, the possibility of using geodetic research, including for the construction of a Russian-style street in the city of Karamai, the possibility of supplying vegetable oils, confectionery and flour produced in Omsk.

Negotiations with Omsk travel companies became a separate block.

"Partners from the city of Karamai have expressed interest in cooperation in organizing tours to the Omsk region. The range of our services is quite wide – from event tourism to the organization of business trips, negotiations are currently ongoing, we are preparing an appropriate proposal to Chinese partners," explains Natalia Fedchenko, General Director of the business tourism and events agency Momentum.
