Omsk entrepreneurs are invited to assess the impact of federal trade legislation
The Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region invites enterprises in the region to participate in a survey conducted by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade on the actual impact of federal trade legislation.
Federal Law No. 273-FZ of July 3, 2016 introduced significant amendments to Federal Law No. 381-FZ of December 28, 2009 "On the Fundamentals of State Regulation of Trading Activities in the Russian Federation" and the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation on issues related to the activities of retail chains and Suppliers of Goods.

On behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has organized an assessment of the actual impact of Federal Law No. 273-FZ on the activities of business entities in the field of production and sale of food products.
The survey will make it possible to form an objective assessment of the actual positive and negative consequences of changes in federal legislation for business entities, assess the effectiveness of achieving the stated regulatory objectives and analyze the impact of the implementation of this regulatory act on the activities of business entities.
