Omsk entrepreneurs can develop software for robot waiters

From October 15 to October 19, five Omsk companies are participating in a business mission to the People's Republic of China (Beijing, Qingdao).

The Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency, helped entrepreneurs expand their export geography and participate in the business mission.

Five companies went on a business trip: Alliance LLC, Future Today LLC, S-Fruit Siberia LLC, Flexible Wheel LLC and Vneshtorgresurs LLC. The companies are engaged in the food, chemical, transportation, woodworking and IT industries.

"The business program is built in accordance with the individual requests of the participants of the business mission and includes B2B negotiations, visits to specialized enterprises and a contact and cooperation exchange with representatives of the business community of the People's Republic of China. Business missions help entrepreneurs find new clients and partners, determine the degree of interest in cooperation and get feedback from potential foreign partners," said Evgeny Kovtun, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.

As part of the first day of the business mission, representatives of the delegation from Omsk took part in the contact exchange and held presentations of their companies. For example, representatives of Future Today LLC discussed the possibility of developing software for medical robots and robot waiters.

Chinese entrepreneurs showed keen interest in the wood products of Alliance LLC, who highly appreciated the quality, technical characteristics and discussed the possibility of supplying lumber to China.

The company "S-Fruit" LLC held negotiations with food distributors. The businessmen held a tasting of dried fruit snacks.

Representatives of Flexible Wheel LLC presented a new generation wheelset design for rolling stock. Omsk businessmen interested a large railway company with their presentation.

The participants of the Vneshtorgresurs LLC business mission spoke about their products in the presentation, and also negotiated the supply of graphite lubricants for slow-moving mechanisms.

The business mission of Omsk entrepreneurs to the People's Republic of China will last until October 19. The Omsk Region Export Support Center recalled that all entrepreneurs interested in developing export activities to international markets and markets of neighboring regions are invited to participate in business missions and other business trips.
