Omsk entrepreneurs learned about the organization of effective logistics for exporters

A seminar "Logistics for exporters" was held in the regional Congress Hall as part of the seminar program of the Export School of the Russian Export Center, which is held for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the region free of charge. The seminar was organized by the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency.

The seminar was attended by representatives of 18 companies representing various fields of activity: food industry, pharmaceuticals, security systems, light industry, grain companies and distributors.

The seminar was held using interactive teaching methods. Entrepreneurs learned about the legal support of logistics and the design of transport documentation; how to insure products against logistical risks, choose suitable containers, packaging and labeling of goods, store, analyze existing means of international transportation and use the possibilities of postal communication, electronic platforms and databases in logistics.

"The seminar was informative, there was a lot of interesting and useful information. The courses of the REC school are a wonderful and, most importantly, an affordable opportunity for training beginners and already experienced exporters. We will definitely participate in the following seminars, if possible, and recommend them to friends and colleagues," said Sergey Kharkov, General Director of the Sibirsky Trading House.

The seminar participants successfully completed the final testing and received certificates from the students of the course "Customs Regulation of Exports" at the REC Export School.
