Omsk entrepreneurs participate in UzFood 2022 exhibition in Tashkent
The International exhibition of food Products, ingredients and production technologies UzFood 2022 takes place from March 29 to March 31, 2022 in Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan). The Omsk Region Export Support Center, together with the My Business Center, formed a delegation from the region and paid for the related expenses of the exporters.
The participation of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of the Omsk region is organized in the format of a collective stand. The Center paid for the rental of exhibition space and equipment, as well as for the construction of the stand and its branding. The financing of the international event is implemented within the framework of the national projects "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" and "International Cooperation and Export".
UzFood is the main event in the food industry and food products sector in Uzbekistan. Every year, leading manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of the food industry take part in the exhibition. As part of the business program, a "Retail Center" is organized annually at the exhibition – a place for buyers of retail chains to negotiate with suppliers of ready-made food.
The Omsk region is represented at the event by 3 companies engaged in the food industry. The products of the enterprises are known far beyond the borders of the Siberian Federal District.
Thus, Sibirsky Trading House LLC presents at the exhibition the famous condensed milk and cream from the Lyubinsky Dairy Cannery, whose exclusive distributor is. VITO LLC brought to Tashkent samples of its products - pasta of complex shape: briquettes, pasta, gourmet noodles, as well as egg noodles, rice noodles and funchosa. Individual entrepreneur Elena Kalchenko (TM VINTAGE) represents the largest regional chain of elite tea and coffee at the collective stand of the Omsk region.
"On the opening day of the exhibition, Omsk companies demonstrate samples of their products, hold negotiations, meet with partners, get acquainted with new products on the food market, and also learn from the experience of colleagues from other countries and regions. Foreign entrepreneurs are showing interest in the Omsk Region's stand," the Export Support Center noted.
